FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Below you will find a list of questions that we are asked on a regular basis.  If your question isn't answered in the list, please give us a call or click the button below to email your question.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, bank transfer AND card payments.  We can invoice you.

For domestic and commercial properties, invoices need to be paid within 14 days of the invoice date

How quickly can you get to me?

If you call us for an emergency, we will endeavor to get to you within 1 hour. Sometimes this may not be possible but we will keep you informed.

Does your work come with a guarantee?

Yes. All locks supplied by us come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. 

We do not fit locks that we haven't supplied as it can cause warranty issues.

Are you insured?

Yes. We have Public Liability Insurance
